National award for Monart Day Spa

Poundbury’s Monart Day Spa has won a national award from digital lifestyle magazine Muddy Stilettos.

The luxury spa, in Royal Pavilion, Queen Mother Square, beat stiff competition to be named Best Day Spa in the first ever National Muddy Awards, which cover 28 counties across the country.

The spa has previously picked up two regional Muddy Stiletto Awards having been voted Number One Day Spa in Dorset, Somerset and Bristol.

The business was up against finalists Gaia Boringdon in Plymouth, Eden Hall Day Spa in Newark, Barnsley House in Cirencester, and The Headland Spa in Newquay.

The first ever National Muddy Awards saw 75,000 businesses nominated across 27 categories and 765,000 votes were cast.
