Christmas Market Film Set

Poundbury residents and visitors may notice a mock-up of a Christmas market in the area of the Royal Pavilion and Strathmore House, located to the corner of Queen Mother Square. Filming will be today and tomorrow (03 and 04 September). The set will largely be removed later on Friday, with final site departure on Saturday morning.

The Duchy of Cornwall is liaising with the producers and Dorset Council. The modest film set is not expected to unduly impact members of the public, or the general use or access of the Square.
